Coaching
Due to my year-long experience as an executive in insurance companies as well as my know-how as a certified management coach, I can offer you the ideal combination of skills gained in the field and coaching expertise. I offer individual training for department and business unit managers.
In my work I focus particularly on coaching executives who have been affected by restructuring measures. This includes everything from strengthening motivation and support in difficult decisions (e.g. closing down office sites, necessary staff dismissals) to helping to meet new challenges and professional reorientation.
