There are certain occurrences which have a significant impact on insurers, brokers and their clients. The financial crisis, the attack on the World Trade Center or the action of the German Monopolies Commission in 2002, all these events had enormous influence on the insurance companies’ strategies. However, as these events were unexpected, those affected were taken by surprise and were not able to react appropriately. Competitive opportunities were passed up. If, on the other hand, scenarios are in place to face such situations then the effects will be less dramatic or even turned into competitive advantage. Clients and brokers should also be prepared for the future. Therefore it makes sense to tackle the future with a structured approach.
I provide modular workshops during which scenarios for the future are enacted and evaluated according to their robustness.
Module I: "Learning from the future"
Module II: "Planning the future"
Module III: "Designing the future"
The assiduously developed, well-structured modules are adapted to your requirements. You hold a so-called tailor-made product in your hand, which fits your company and your issues. In the course of an individual, non-binding consulting session, I explain the modules and the procedure and we discuss the impact of this on your company. Here you benefit from my extensive experience in the field of insurance, from management skills built up over 23 years.
