I graduated as a fully-qualified lawyer at the Universities of Freiburg and Hamburg and have 23 years’ management and leadership experience in the insurance industry.
After successfully completing a training course as Systemic Management Coach SMC® I was certified as a coach according to the standards of the German Association for Coaching and Training e.V. (www.dvct.de), of which I am a member.
